On December 19th, at Co-labory, our Multiplier Event of the Erasmus project “GREEN GENESIS STARTUP” was held,
The main objective of the project will be to create “young green entrepreneurs” on the one hand and provide young people with skills and knowledge in the green economy.
The project to achieve the set objectives achieved 2 main results:
R1. Green Genesis Startup Camp_Training material on the green economy and green entrepreneurship for young people, with the aim of providing young people with skills and knowledge in the sectors:
green economy and entrepreneurship.
R2. Green tutoring platform.
The Green Mentoring Platform aims to encourage and motivate young people through sharing knowledge and experiences of senior mentors in the community, who have made a positive contribution to society.
The event was the perfect opportunity to make young people understand that the green economy is a complex process, which does not just represent the transition from a traditional economy to a greener one
one, but presupposes a radical change in the structure, culture and practices that characterize societies, is a
challenge and an opportunity for Europe’s recovery. The event was attended by students of education and training sciences from the University of Bari. Our volunteer Stefania, who participated in the pilot test phase of the project results, shared with those present the reference context and the methods of using the project results. The participants showed great interest and attention to the project and its results, and at the end of the event there was a discussion on how to insert them into a working context.
